motorsport version, the Nismo is more aesthetics than substance and what substance it does have is easily surpassed with modest aftermarket purchases on a normal model....in that way it just seems token in how it is delivered..."oh we're Nissan, we are supposed to have a Z, here it is" take it or leave it. The ability to customize and accessorize is non-existent, the motorsport/"tuning" support is non-existent or certainly token (embroidered floormats anyone?)...so much potential and good will in the customer/fan base that is not being capitalized on to be honest. Considering the price tag....they already have the infiniti variant to satisfy people who just want to drive to work or dinner in style with some sporty romps on the freeway now and again amounting to little more than a brief sprint up to 80-90-100 and quickly back down to normal speeds....so why shouldn't the Nissan variant be a little more dedicated or "hardcore"? Why so much overlap?
